Many years ago Charles was in a bar and some guy comes up giving him grief, hoping to bait him into a fight....and a lawsuit. Charles is not taking him on so the guy spits in his face. Charles grabbed him and threw him through a window into the sidewalk.
They end up in court and the judge said he was obviously provoked so no lawsuit but Charles would have to do community service because you cant go around throwing people out windows. He then asked Charles if he would address the court and give his regrets.
Charles said "I do regret......that I was on the ground floor when I threw him".

Charles has never been afraid of a scrap. He took Shaq down pretty easily too when Shaq came at him. Charles scooped the legs and grounded and pounded for a couple seconds before it was broken up.
