Had a season ending shoulder injury last year , and now acl just when spring was getting going. Truly hope this kid can get healthy and we get a chance to see his full potential in a LSU jersey. Hate for him to leave here with a similar mark as Masson smith in terms of being an ultra talent we didn’t get to fully watch because of his health.

If you watched the TV documentary from the Shreveport High-school he came from, he really wanted to play at LSU. He wanted to be a Tiger. This is the type of guys we need.

There is no way you think this. He tore his ACL. That is 1 year unless you’re Adrian Peterson.

Or Marcus Randall 24 years ago…you think rehab has improved a little in that time? I was at that spring game and watched him drop back and plant his right leg and just fall down. That was some time in April and he was literally back practicing normally when fall camp started in early August and was a full go when we took on V-Tech Labor Day weekend. Started 6 plus games when Mauck went down with his injury against UF midway through the season.

Per Randall’s bio on lsusports.net

“Tore ACL in spring game in 2002…On the play, Randall simply dropped back to pass and the knee gave way…Rehabbed over the summer and was back for fall camp in August”

A QB is quite different than a DE violently engaging with a OT and putting his lower body under significant stress every play. You’re comparing apples and oranges.

He’s not playing in 2026 and nor should he. The bare minimum time needed for a ACL tear to completely heal is 8 months, and that’s bare minimum. That brings us to December.

So…. At the very best… he’d be ready for the playoffs. He’d not be in football shape to really be a productive contributor.

Let him heal up properly, take time to rebuild his strength, and be at his very best for the 2027 season. I wish him all the very best in his recovery.

Which is why i said peptide BPC-157. It has been show to repair and regrow ligaments, tendons, and other joint issues, fast.
