Jo Nesbo's Detective Hole - Netflix

Not sure if any of you are fans of Jo Nesbo's series of books featuring detective Harry Hole but Netflix has a 9 part series out now. It's a pretty solid Norwegian noir detective show. It's based on the 5th novel in the series, The Devil's Star. The casting is pretty good outside of Rakel who doesn't fit the book's character. Anyway, I recommend the series whether you've read the series or not.

Sucks that’s it’s not in English. I normally won’t watch subtitles or dubbed shows but I’m watching this one.

Snowman had potential but studio butchered it. I won’t watch if it isn’t in English so that’s a bummer to see.

I normally won’t either but I love serial killer type stuff but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of it that I’ve found.

As an Aggie fan I felt obliged to watch a show about a Harry Hole, but I was unprepared for a couple of brutal killings in the first episode. I’m all in, on Harry Hole you could say.
