Roasted bone marrow, escargot, beef tartare, hanger steak or fish…not sure yet

Alright, so the fish was frozen and from Costco, the veggies were frozen but I made the fettucine from scratch.

It was still a pretty darn good meal!

MIL gave us some boil in bag Soy Ginger Shrimp that was too spicy for her, so I diced up a 1/2 head of cabbage and an onion to saute with some oil, sesame oil, ginger, honey and soy sauce. Added the shrimp and cover. Cook until done. I started out making lettuce wraps, but ended up just eating the filling by itself.
