I would rather not see any player at Mardi Gras. If you have Saints players, alchohol, and crowds of roudy people, trouble is sure to follow.

I saw Drew Brees on a float once...blocked up a bunch of traffic.

yep. i think it was the Mardi Gras right after Katrina. a lot of the players rode on a float in Zulu or Rex, can't remember.

A couple of players and saintsations rode on a float in Alla. The biggest name there was Zach Strief. Backup OL Duckworth was there and two guys that might get some time in special teams.

Saw Turley riding years back. I think it was pre-helmet throw.

I caught one of the little Mardi Gras footballs Turley was throwing into the crowd. I think it was back in 2001. The same year Jason Alexander was on one of the floats. Also the beerman in 02 if I remember right. Nicholas Cage was throwing down beads in Bourbon st that year.

Yea I thought you were referring to this year. Endymion and Bacchus were together in 06.
