Will Wade might believe LSU Basketball is a sleeping Giant

I mean it’s 95% chance or better that he is coming back now.
He really must see something he likes at LSU right?
NCState is not some joke of a basketball program and have quality history too.
But the real potential is here we saw it in the 80’s and in 06’ our Tiger fans loved it, and got behind it.
Everyone loved it.
Maybe WW still sees the potential like Saban did our average Football program in 2000.
There is a lot to say about the passion and the fans that God created in Louisiana man.
It does a lot of unpaid work for the betterment of the program.
Kiffin sees it too.
We haven’t been biased enough over the years apparently.
I would argue LSU is a Top 5 brand in all of College sports.
Best part about it is WW won’t have to use his Bank account this time.
He really must see something he likes at LSU right?

I really do think he will be the coach to finally win us a national title in basketball. For whatever reason so many of our fans and ex coaches and ex admins felt threatened by that.

ACC schools can’t compete with the money SEC schools can give for NIL due to the TV contracts.

SEC always gets like 10 teams in the N-C-2-A Tournament....the SEC has 4 teams left in the Sweet 16...the Big 10...6 teams....the ACC....1...Darling Duke.......NC State....ehhh...ACC...disaster league with an uncertain future...LSU.....SEC.....more money...solid foundation..while the ACC is adding SMU, Cal and Stanford to fly across the country for games on Thur/Sat back to back...Wade says...no thanks. Back to LSU

Some of those 30 point losses were a lot closer than those 97-63 scores. We had a lot of shots, hit the rim, just not fall. If 15 simple possessions of that, go in..and we just get a hand a little closer and block the other team's shots....we're talking about completely different game outcomes.

Steve Ensminger found Joe Brady with the Saints. Bill Busch found Joe Burrow through his connections in Ohio. Dave Aranda was already here.
It was the Perfect Storm and at least O stayed out of the way on the sidelines and let everybody do their job.

He said as much at his introductory press conference in 2017. If I recall he specifically compared LSU to UF in terms of what it could do in basketball.
