Being a mover and shaker is at the top of the list of qualifications needed to coach at LSU. I wonder how Verge figures that out without being too obvious when it’s interview time?

Our coaches support the others all the time. Mulkey went to Omaha, Lane has been to tons of sporting events since he arrived. I’m sure JJ would go support other coaches if he wasn’t grinding 24/7.

They probably don’t interact as much as we think, they don’t really share office space. But all of them benefit from success of the other programs even if from no other standpoint than branding and publicity. You think we take baseball recruits to football games because Jay hated the football coach?
