People that think this guy is some kind of nefarious money grubber have spent zero time looking into him at all. He's actually pretty kind, which I can't really think of any other billionaires I'd say that about. But Elon is on the spectrum and he's not duplicitous. It's really amazing nobody but Sam Altman has been able to screw him over based on his openness. Dude says what he means and does what he says.
In other words, he's dedicated his life to advancing humanity at his own expense. He's creating the wealth to do it himself. He's not waiting for Governments or investments or anything else, he's just doing it. And it's working and he's got stupid money and going to have many times that eventually if they let him live long enough. And that will be a positive for America and the species.

Elon is the best kind of conservative. He was a Dem and lived inside that system and saw how awful it was. And now he knows for fact if they get all 3 branches the camps will open up and he’ll be first in line.
And yet by offering to pay their salary he’s doing a humankind thing. 30% of the workers are likely hard core lefty commies and they would get paid by Elon. He doesn’t care what party you are he is willing to pay when the DC Dims are keeping it shut down.
Him buying Twitter was the difference in 24, I will always believe that. Allowed word to spread and clips of Trump at mega rallies. Interviews with people.
We all owe Elon our gratitude.

He bought one of the largest social media platforms, changed its user agreement so that users give Xwitter all rights to anything they post on it, developed an AI program to mine the massive amount of now unprotected content, and.....oh yeah, he advocates for the complete abolishment of all intellectual property laws.
Surely, you can put two and two together and figure out the plan there.
