I wouldn’t be surprised if we trade up to #6 and then reach with the Pick.

Perhaps, a DL that played 6 years in college but needs to get healthy.

Or maybe a raw OL from a small school that has only played football for one or two seasons.

Excited to see what we end up giving up in these scenarios.

If we trade up it better be for Reese or Bailey.

I still wouldn't like it, but I wouldn't hate it as much. Game-changing edge rushers might be the second-most valuable position on the field

Trading up and relinquishing a 2027 first round pick is a fireable offense with all the talent available in that draft.

This is a weak draft on interior DL and just a weak draft in general. I believe Todd McShay said he only has 14 players with a 1st round grade this year. I don’t give a shite that he played for LSU, his film doesn’t lie. Mansoor Delane is a plug and play #1 corner and we desperately need that because Kool-aid is a #2 corner at best.

Reese sure, but I really hope we don’t trade up for Bailey.

I wouldn't mine trade up for Ohio St LB. Those 2 might be our LB Mills will be missing for a long time.

You must be a new Saints fan. Welcome to the bandwagon!

Because if you had ever taken any effort to follow the team in even recent history - you would know that these scenarios have happened plenty.

We still aren’t in a position to trade up like that. Like last year, we’ll let the draft come to us and land some good players.
