An arrest report obtained by the outlets detailed some of the complaints that were leveled against Nguyen, including startling "games" that he allegedly played with the children.

One was referred to as "knife-tag." The game allegedly involved the educator turning off the lights in his classroom and walking around while holding a "cake knife." KTNV noted that a "large, serrated bread knife" was found in a cabinet in his classroom, per an arrest report obtained by the outlet.
