Better question why hasn't he been fired yet. Even if they don't get Wade their are plenty of coaches who actually have a pulse and would be a huge improvement.

Because the athletic department is a joke. They want to claim “donor fatigue” when in reality they are inept at presenting a compelling case (despite overwhelming evidence) as to why McMahon is the wrong fit for this program.
The problem simply scares them and they don’t want to deal with it. It’s a shame for us real fans.

I already knew the answer, but everyone on here acts like there's an opening. Until something happens, why bother? The odds are McMahon will be back next year.

In magnitudes of “why bother”, you’ve one-upped anyone dreamcasting coaches by making a topic to tell them that you don’t like it when they do that.
At least they’re talking about sports.
I like McMahon. I think at this point perception matters & there’s no way for him to turn this around at LSU. The program needs a shot in the arm. He’s most likely a lame duck even if coaching next year.
People are just entertaining themselves, why are you bothered?
