Making a quick trip to Vegas for a concert. Arriving on a Friday night and leaving on Monday morning. Need some restaurant recommendations. TIA

There are so many, it’s hard to know where to start. Assuming you’re on the Strip. What do you want to eat?

I went to Lotus of Siam based in suggestions on this board a while back.
It was some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten Thai food in a shite load of places…. including Thailand

Go to Caramella (Planet Hollywood) for brunch. Thank me later. Check out Travel Ruby’s review on YouTube. I also think Shin has a review.
Power Lunch at Peter Luger (Caesars) is hard to beat. Get the burger. You won’t be disappointed.
Grab breakfast at Hash House a Go Go in The Linq.
Secret Pizza at Cosmo
Eggslut at Cosmo
For less expensive options, anything at Ellis Island is very good. Village Pub has great fish & chips and prime rib.

These threads crack me up. You’ve got 400+ restaurants just on the strip. Some basic information about your trip would help narrow things down.
Where are you staying?
On strip places only?
Price point?
Which meals?
Any specific cuisines?
Any specific casinos?
I have had some great meals a several places on the strip in the last month or so:
Bardot (Aria): French brasserie for brunch. Great menu and really solid food
Prime (Bellagio): Steakhouse overlooking the Bellagio fountains. My wife and I really enjoyed our meal here. All the steaks some with three house made sauces. The soy steakhouse sauce was so damn good.
Bavette’s (Park MGM): This is probably our favorite steakhouse in Vegas. The restaurant vibe is exactly what I like in a steakhouse. Dim lights, wood accents, leather. The service is great. The drinks are great. The food is great. Really solid steaks and don’t sleep on the sides. Probably the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had and I’m not typically one to order mashed potatoes at a steakhouse. They have a chicken jus on them and it’s damn good.
L’Atelier (MGM): One of the two Joel Robuchon’s restaurants at MGM. It’s the more “casual” tasting menu of the two. We went for Valentine’s Day and the food was incredible. We loved every course of the tasting menu. It is also cool to sit at the counter and watch them prepare the dishes.
LaLa Noodle (Park MGM): a lot more casual than a lot of the other places I listed. It’s a Chinese/asian place. We’ve been there a few times and really liked the food. Spicy wontons, Garlic shrimp fried rice, Mongolian beef, honey walnut shrimp all are solid.
We live in Vegas so I have lots of other places at various price points.

SW steakhouse, if you can't get in try the Steakhouse at circus circus.

Circus Circus steak house is on the list of the best in Vegas. Great choice. We really enjoyed the food and the old school feel

We were there in June and ventured off strip to eat at Herbs and Rye. It was very good and not expensive compared to strip and casino restaurants. We’ve also enjoyed Primal.

Bavette’s in Chicago is one of the hottest tables in town, nearly impossible to get in

Not even joking, but the Denny’s on the Strip are the best I’ve been to anywhere in the country.

The burger with a Figs and Sage drink is my go to lunch in Vegas. That Fig and Sage drink is one of my favorite cocktails around.
I'll be heading to Vegas next week and will be trying Amalfi for the first time.
Nobu is awesome, but I'd only suggest going there with people like my wife and her cousin who get a shite ton of comps.
For Italian food, Piero's is my favorite.
