I just wanna pick one up and not order one. Tia!

Also, if I get blue battery corrosion dust in my eye and it stays blurry is that bad? I flushed and it seems like it's improving. Still have that foreign object feeling though

Updated: got a new one at oreilly(other stores were out), worked but rough idle. Drove it around to reset ecu and improved but still lean maybe.

My eye has regained clear vision and doesn't feel like something is stuck in there or hurt, just slightly. At first it was like a film over my eye it was so blurry. Kinda freaked me out.

Saw online the cc Maf cleaner is only 13 bucks so I'm going to get and try it on the old OEM one for testing purposes. Worst case scenario I have a backup.

Appreciate the helpful replies

Likely. Can check each of their websites for stock usually. I know many of them have online coupons to order online and pick up.

Keep flushing, and then use OTC eye drops to restore moisture. If symptoms persist see an ER.

Some may, but take of your vision ASAP.

Both Advance and O'Reilly have decent local warehouses in Baton Rouge (Airline/Tom/Oak Villa area). Not saying they will have what you need but it is worth a shot.

I wanna clean it, but they go out on Mazdas or so I've heard.
Not too bad at around $120, so I'd rather just get it done.
Is there a cheap cleaning solution rather than a can I'll use one spray of?

Mazda 2013 cx-5 2013 only at 128k btw.

My dumbass got the oreilly website to show its in stock on airline. Forgot about advanced, thanks for that! I get impatient with the interweb these days.

best to go factory replacement…the cheap after market ones at oreily etc, won’t last long, learned that lesson once

Do you mean Advance Auto Parts? Have you looked at Vato Zone?

This.

Any new aftermarket MAF sensor is likely worst than the OEM MAF currently on the vehicle. If you going to replace it, use a OEM replacement part. They can be cleaned - just be careful in doing so, it’s a sensitive component. Look at some Y/T videos by experienced auto technicians on the proper method.

I would rather have the OEM MAF sensor w 128k miles on it than the POS MAF from Oreily or other local parts stores. Clean the OEM sensor & keep rolling.

Hope you are feeling better.

Don’t let them give you a covid vaccine for your eyes. It’s not needed.

Most parts places like Autozone do, but if I could make a recommendation, get a 6 dollar can of Mass Airflow Sensor cleaner and spray the shite out of your current one, let it dry out, spray the shite outta it again, let it dry, then reinstall it and see if it resolves the issues, unless you already know it's actually broken
