Timothee Chalamet now slammed by Steven Spielberg ahead of Oscars amid 'Stop Timmy' campaign

You just lost your best actor Oscar little Timmy because you upset your Progressive Leftist brain diseased cohorts.
Isn’t it fun living in that world, little Timmy? Just think Timmy, you’re done because you criticized opera and ballet!!!!
Just think of the backlash if you had criticized illegal immigration or climate change or gender identity! You’d be done as an actor. No more jobs in that industry.
The same fricking industry that points and calls everyone a fascist and a Nazi if you dare go against their ideology. Welcome to 1984 little Timmy.
You lucked out. You just lost an Oscar for criticizing a segment of the arts.
You’ll still get to work. But watch your step the rest of the way, little Timmy.
Don’t step out of line in the future!
Word of advice. Don’t even criticize certain Starbucks coffee flavors. You never know what powerful Hollywood Woke Lefty POS you’ll offend and get your arse banned.
This backlash over ‘opera and ballet.’ Are you fricking kidding me??

He's already got a net worth of $25 million. He can only be bullied into shutting up if he chooses to.

I read the link. He's not wrong. Still a stupid thing to say. He should know the subset of people that love Broadway, symphonies, and ballet overlap into his industry and they're all sensitive as shite and like to praise each other at cocktail parties.
Movie theaters dying is a fact. In my lifetime we've gone from big packed movie theaters with long lines and an usher finding you a seat to multiplexes where some of the screens have 10 viewers...
I'll never forget the long line I was in to get into The Exorcist or the traffic jam from the line of cars waiting to get into the Drive-in to see Pollyanna. Pollyanna LOL.

No way, the guy who needs movie theaters to remain open to fatten his pockets wants movie theaters to continue!
Theaters are a dying breed - way overpriced, concessions cost entirely too much, dealing with Shaneaqua answering calls during movies. The entire experience is not always a good one.
I personally really like movies but it’s not like the same experience we grew up with. It’s been eroded and degraded but a twink like Chalamet should’ve known better to say that out loud.

The wokies are ALWAYS looking for something to be offended about.
He’s right, I really miss going to the movies. The Sunday matinee was something I always took my girls to if it was something we thought might be good.
Last one I went to oddly enough guess who was the lead actor? Yep, good ole Timmy there.

Turning his disdain on Marty Supreme, Lane quipped that 'if you think nobody cares about opera and ballet, I can't tell you how much we don't care about ping pong!'
He added: 'In his defense, he was doing it with Matthew McConaughey, so I'm thinking some weed was smoked and this may just be a tragic case.'
What a smarmy puss.

I can remember long lines on Canal Street to see The Sting and Jaws when they first came out a couple years ago

I know what he meant.
Opera has faded away. Don't have the superstars you used to have although there is some great talent.
He said he did not want to see the movie industry go the same way. Totally misinterpreted.

What hilled movie theaters is TVs got bigger and wider.
Old guys remember most people had 4:3 ratio 25” tube analog tvs in one room of your house. Today, everyone has thin, light, 16:9 ratio HD tvs over 55”. The home experience has improved dramatically.

Last movie I saw at a theatre was in late 2008.

I guess Lane is no longer happy and gay.
