He needs to go back to the pen. But who knows. Maybe Jay and Yeskie know what to fix.

Nibbled too much. Lot of swing & miss which cannot be discounted

Yes. I don’t think he had a walk in his last two starts. Tonight he just didn’t have it.

Yes. As he should. 1 bad outing isn’t going to get a knee jerk reaction from Jay.

Probably. We will run into some certified aces. It probably works out better for us to have really good Sat and Sun guys since we don’t have a true #1. If Evans gets hot and gives us 5 innings then it’s a plus.

Next weekend is a thurs-sat series. Good opportunity to make a change after that weekend if Jay wants to. Evans will get another start and Coop still has two more before we can start thinking about that

Next week he pitches G1 (Thurs). After that Jay and Yeskie can evaluate if they want to shuffle the rotation.
