interesting that you're putting a second round bust who's never played a down for us and a Canadian football league star in your top five...

I do not see those 4 FA's coming here and I'm not sure any FA past that is worth the extra salary vs the young guys.

I put an asterisk next to the (3) new WR's that will be unkowns but could have a big impact for the year. Whoever we draft + the 2 other guys have an immediate chance to jump Tipton/ Means on the depth chart.

Geez y'all were quick to this one. frick me for providing info.

Polk/ Alford have more upside than Tipton/ Means IMO and that is why they are currently where they are on the this list. I do see potential in Bub. This is not set in stone.

The actual order would be:
1. Olave
2. Vele
3. Draft
4. Tipton
5. Means
6. Polk
7. Alford

Such a difference once you swap Tipton and Means. Don't be upset with me that this is our actual current WR core.

Bell and Shough were trying to cook that last game. I'd like to see him in the mix over some of the guys you have listed above him.

Darnell Mooney is better than any of those FA options

Forgot he was available. I tried to find a list of remaining FA WR with a pusle but didn't have much luck.

That was an unexpected connection. I like Bell competing in the second group for a roster spot.

id disagree, he’s had multiple 4-500 yard seasons. I’d trust Allen and Samuel more than him

He fumbled/ dropped several passes and was one of the players who fricked up the endzone fumble recovery. I actually didn't even want to list him on here but he's on the depth chart so I did it out of respect.

I'd argue that we saw more with Ronnie Bell's 2 fingertip misses and 1 deep completion ball > anything Austin did last year.

Yeah I don't even really expect him to make the team per se, but I'd like to see him at least compete and hopefully end up on the PS, if not the 53.

That 1-7 is definitely better lol
I'm trading with Houston at 28 and getting their 2nd round pics. With the 28th I'll take a wr with a 5th year like a KC Conception, Boston or even a Bell. If not best Dlineman a available. To me this draft is full of B+ wr's.

Is Downs and pic 42 better than 4 pics between 28 and 68?

Yes. So he will either get a cheap 1 year deal or go back to our practice squad. Trey Palmer has 5x the career receptions and we don't know if he's 1% better than Bub Means.

Bub Means vs Palmer may be an interesting position battle this year.

Damien Alford at 6'6" 225lbs had a 4.46 40 yd time. For comparison Tetairoa McMillan ran a 4.55 at 6'5" 212... I think this dude is severely underrated.

Depends on the value at the other draft positions. At face value I'd probably rather have Downs and BPA at 42. I could see us trading 42 and something else to get a higher ranked WR in the late 1st. Doubt we touch #8.

I posted his bio and clips. Alford maybe fools gold but looks really good for his size.
Looking forward to see him against nfl corners. And so many wr's to watch and see if they can step up. Means Tipton Palmer(very good returner) kid from Notre Dame etc..

True but also plenty of potential. Tipton/ Means can be serviceable as your 5-7th options. We really don't know what we have with Polk/ Alford. You just need 1 of Alford/ Polk/ Draft to be legit and all 3 have upside. Some people are also high on Palmer to jump into the mix.
