It's a generational war. The sons of the fallen will radicalize against us.

We ain't beating Iran in a weekend with a few bombs. We will have to fan the smoke away from the flames for awhile.

Even the other Middle Eastern countries that seemingly support us will perform reach arounds as proxy for Iran.

It's a gambit over there every single time.

The regime in Iran has caused itself some big problems if they manage to stay in power. Everyone in the region is pissed at them for shooting at them. Not only shooting at them but shooting in civilian areas.

Now Iran has effectively shutdown the Strait of Hormuz effectively shutting down business for the region. Plus Iran is now saying they want to drive the cost of oil up to 200 dollars a barrel. The Gulf Arabs I’m sure do not mind high oil prices but 200 dollars a barrel is way too high and I’m sure a lot of countries couldn’t even afford to buy it at that price. All Iran is doing at this point it seems is trying to force more countries to join the war offensively and quicken its own demise.

The only reason that it is generational war is because American leadership takes the nation building bait every single time. It was not supposed to be like this under Trump

Whether it was an immediate threat or not, Iran was working on a nuclear weapon. And if they get one, with their attitudes, our world will become much more complex. They simply would be part of the nuclear axis of China, Russia, North Korea and them. They could bend the will of their neighbors and adversaries. They have been at war with us for half a century.

How does ridding a radical regime of its nukes which they promised to use against us, make you a "Bush" guy?

What's sad is the cheerleaders aren't newbies I don't think. They've seen this over and over and still believe this time will be different because Trump is always right and if we question anything he does we are panicans, Iran supporters etc

What's really sad is the newbies who have been swept into delusional madness by their heroes having been demonstrated to any rational mind as not only wrong - but abjectly evil.

The only defense they have is to lash out idiotically at any semblance of rationality and competence - and any hint of love for American ideals.

All they have left is hysterical lashing out idiotically.

Nation building is fine as long as there are hypothetical WMDs involved and as we’ve just seen, Iran’s ballistic missiles are basically worthless against our modern military technology

I don’t know man. I think some of these MAGA war hawks don’t realize their rhetoric is almost identical to the Bush/Cheney years. I assume they were either too young to remember or not born yet. I’m seeing posters crying about not being a patriot if you don’t support the war. These are the blind idiots that can’t be trusted

That is true - we are old timers who have seen both sides of the curtain, several times.

We are sick and tired of you asshats with nothing other than hatred for someone you cannot control - all you know is the failed promises of the democult "replace American exceptionalism with a socialist driven pigsty"

And YOU think when that socialist heaven actually happens, YOU will be rewarded for your devotion to "the cause" - you are so wrong.

Once you have succeeding in sabotaging the American culture and allowed the socialist/democrat tyrants to actually achieve their desired total control, YOU will not longer be necessary - you have nothing to offer other than ability to protest and mouth stupid slogans.

Those are two things that will NOT be allowed by any socialist regime - they willl want subjects who are capable of being productive - something you have no concept of.

You will be the first hoarded off to the new Siberian prisons - you are worhless for anything but trouble-making - something your new overlords cannot tolerate.

Good luck - learn to love surviving on blubber.

Great post. The sudden influx of radical leftists on this board has not gone unnoticed by many of us.

Still Team Trump here and I 100% support the military operation in Iran, as does anyone who loves America and is concerned about our safety for generations to come. Radical Marxists will not convince us otherwise.

Yep - Trump could cure cancer and the asshats would come out in protest claiming we didn't give cancer a chance - or didn't do it soon enough - or did it only for publicity - or unfair to cancer doctors - or .

They have only one motivation - protest - find something to bitch about.

They are tiring.

and worse - they are pathetically stupid.

I still don’t understand why they think this time socialism will work. It will never work due to human nature and the will to survive. It’s incompatible with that.
