Switzerland seems like a place where climate change wouldn’t cause any harm to the population as opposed to low lying countries like The Netherlands or Louisiana that would be completely inundated and destroyed if climate change caused serious sea level rise.

I am aware that it is a scam. I am just pointing out that even if it wasn’t, the Swiss would naturally be skeptical of funding to prevent it because they aren’t exactly in the line of fire.
