on Friday March 6 a federal appeals court allowed those under expired temporary protected status to stay.
Like one commentor on the WHIO article said, it would be nice if the GOOOOOOBERMENT would fight this hard for the rights of American citizens, now wouldn't it?

A federal appeals court has sided with a lower judge's ruling against the Trump Administration's work to end TPS for Haitians.
SPRINGFIELD — The mayor of a local city issued a statement following a federal appeals court ruling against efforts to end temporary protected status for Haitians living in the U.S.
The Associated Press reported that the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., issued the 2-1 ruling on Friday.
“The government’s failure to meet its burden of demonstrating irreparable harm alone justifies denying emergency relief that would upend the status quo and increase uncertainty while this appeal proceeds,” the court said, according to an Associated Press report.
Springfield Mayor Rob Rue issued a statement Monday following the ruling, saying that the city’s focus will remain the same as legal proceedings continue.
“While this latest ruling continues the legal process, our focus remains the same. Stability and clarity are important for families who are part of our community. Many individuals affected by these decisions are working, paying taxes, raising families and contributing to the life of our City every day. We respect the judicial process and remain committed to the well-being of the people who call our City home.”
Temporary Protection Status for Haitians was set to expire last month, but has been extended multiple times due to cases challenging the cancellation of TPS.
News Center 7 will continue following this story.

This is why temporary protection status should NEVER be granted to anyone and absolutely no one should be given a pass into this country by any means other than legal immigration. Once you give people a toehold in the door, you have to fight like hell to get them out. Temporary no longer means temporary despite there being a LEGAL expiration date! Irreparable harm my arse.

So, when does the Trump, invade the USA? Hopefully soon. We need a serious purging of congress and judges.

irreparable harm? When do "feelings" allow the violation of the rights of the executive branch?
The executive branch granted extensions the executive branch cant stop allowing extensions????
I agree these are nonsense and there are several countries with them. Here is the oldest:
El Salvador since their earthquake in...........2001. Thats right it has been rolled over every 18 months since 2001. These people literally have anchor grandbabies now.

Can they appeal to SCOTUS?
The idea that the court system has to validate the justification to remove an EO is insane.
I get validating the issuance of an EO as constitutional.
But removing one should be justified with “because I can” and that’s it.

These judges not understanding that temporary means is a bit familiar. There was that one SC Justice that didn’t know what a woman was

We have a mechanism to purge Congress every election day, but something needs to be done about these crazy, ideologically corrupted judges. Maybe if they violate Supreme Court rulings more than once, they get the boot.

Yes.
And they will.
And this bullshite will he overturned.
I would expect Thomas to be unhinged.

I am thinking treason charges for everyone in congress and a ton of judges is in order.
