His words not mine. Of course, no one here admittedly watches basketball so likely no one will respond. But its interesting he likes watching and learning from the champs.

He’s 1-5 against OKC in their last six so I don’t know why you’d think he was being sarcastic here.

Great shot of him learning:

They play OKC tonight. He wants to watch SGA tie the record. Honestly, Denver will go all out to stop SGA tonight.

NBA
@NBA

WILT WITHIN REACH: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander can match the NBA record for consecutive games with 20 or more points tonight when the Oklahoma City Thunder host the Denver Nuggets at 7:30pm/et on Peacock. Wilt Chamberlain set the mark with 126 straight 20-point games from 1961-63. Gilgeous-Alexander started his 125-game streak on Nov. 1, 2024, the Thunder’s fifth game of the 2024-25 season. During the run, the reigning Kia NBA MVP has averaged 32.5 points on 53.4% shooting from the field.

Neither do we

And if both big men are out Jokic will feast.

Jalen Williams (hamstring strain) is out
Chet Holmgren (flu) is questionable.
Isaiah Hartenstein (calf contusion) is out

Ajay Mitchell is back off injury though

SGA at the half

17 PTS
8-9 FG
1-1 FT
6 REB
7 AST

Needs 3 points to tie Wilt

OKC up 66-60 in an action packed game

Biggest story is Ajay coming back after missing last 22 games. Has 16 pts and woulda been 6th man of year if not injured.

History made

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has tied Wilt Chamberlain for most consecutive 20+ point games in NBA history.

126 games.

SGA gets away with clear and obvious offensive foul for the game winner.

Classic.

How does anyone enjoy watching this bullshite?

ETA: and the commentators just lap it up. Minor mention of the push off but then just throat him and say he's a killer and it was a great shot.

ETA2: BOOM frick YOU JAYLIN WILLIAMS YOU DIRTY FUCING PUSSY.
