I don't think he looked this frustrated in 2024.

Yeah because the 2024 team was still hitting against mid majors

Jay knows he got his work cut out for him with this team. I feel like he’s been busting his arse off recently and it’s just not getting through to this team.

I think you're right. The portal guys just aren't panning out.

It’s time for the leaders of the team to step up and lead by example.
Curiel and Milam need to get the fire lit.

Neither are fiery guys. Brown is the class clown. This team doesn’t have a leader amongst themselves right now, that’s their issue

Well the time to teach is in the off season not mid season. All you can do at this point is make adjustments, and they are just having a tough time with that right now

I think you can sit some guys like Yorke, Arrambide, etc to at least try and send them a message

Well, you don’t have to have fiery guys to lead by example. You need players to come through in the clutch. Get some production when it matters.

If this team doesn't wake the frick up soon a 3-12 start in conference like 2024 might be a reach

Is that an upgrade or downgrade from Jay “orgeron” Johnson from last year?

It appears the portal guys are making the most errors along with Arrombide and all of them are average at best. Seems like a bad evaluation of talent. I don't understand why Yorke stays at FB, and Arrombide could not consistently hit off a Tee. He must have something on Jay, to stay behind the plate. I think Serna is better.

Serna has lots of potential but has quite of bit of maturing to do at the plate.
