In the spin off "Blood of My Blood" Claire's Parents are time travelers and are in the time of Jamie's parents getting married, and her mom is pregnant. The baby could be Claire's niece.

Good lord this is still going. Loved the first couple seasons but once they got over to the US in S4 it got pretty cheesy and I gave up. Thought it ended in Season 6 and then just did the spin off series.
I'm almost 40 now, I probably could watch now and be more attracted to silver hair version of Claire than the early season version
