I’m guessing Dardar
He overthrew the ball to 1st

Dardar because the runner took second on his throw

Dardar made a great diving play to his left, got up and threw the ball to the backstop

They ruled it a hit but the runner advanced to 2nd, so an error was given

He made a heck of a diving stop but the throw was so out of target it was pretty bad
