TTU confirmed the damage was real and they had to get a replacement to leave.

The other Big 12 fanbases have quickly learned the Arizona fanbase is a rabid collection of Spanish surnames.

Iowa played a football game in Tucson in 2010 and 100% of the Iowa fans that traveled or went said wildcat fans are awful people.

LSU played a football game there in 2003 and it seemed like literally nobody living there gave a shite about football. I was there and I didn't have any issues with their people, but I definitely could definitely tell it was a "basketball school"

I personally didn't go, but things like being spat at and having full beer cans thrown at families are things that have been mentioned...

It was the damnedest thing. Like, I didn't expect a huge tailgate scene, but I got to campus about 5 hours before kickoff and all I saw was a bunch of cacti around the stadium.

I was there, rolled in with a group of 50 on a party bus from Phoenix. Place was a joke. Tailgate scene was laughable I’ve been to a dozen on campus venues and none worse than that. It was their biggest game in a long time. Iowa came in as a dark horse National title contender, top 10 coming off Orange bowl win with a loaded team—everyone on that D got NFL action.

Nobody was a dick as we had a mob of able bodied young dudes, but once we got in the stadium, I was blown away by the sheer volume of cocksuckers everywhere you went. People screaming in my face in bathroom lines, concessions, the stands—Worst I ever got it, even worse than Columbus.
