Plenty thin sliced ham on toasted sourdough, melted Swiss, a ‘lil Duke’s mayo, and some shredded onion for punch. A couple bourbon Old Fashioneds & a Tatuaje Verocu Torpedo…

Wife wanted to have all the kids over for supper so I whipped up a spread. Did a Sunday Sauce with meatballs, Italian Sausage and Beef Briciole.

Just kidding. I freaking love meatloaf. A few weeks back I tried this Mexican style meatloaf with a honey chipotle sauce. It was pretty good but still doesn’t beat a good home style meatloaf.

I am, just not as often lately. During football season, the bar usually cooked for the games on Sunday, which is normally the day that I fed them. Also, with the current group, we have some picky eaters that would rather eat McDonald’s chicken nuggets and fries rather than what this old man cooks. :)
