Double up Mulkey’s schedule and she can finish out the season.

A player as the interim would be better. These kids are done playing for him.

It’s almost impossible not to fire him before end of season.

He still thinks he’s on scholarship. Brings zero to the table.

And yet, it is unlikely to happen.

Don't you have to fire him now? He can't even get to play well at home, they need a different voice and a real college basketball coach! Even if it's for the rest of the season, yes let Tasmin Mitchell finish this out!

No reason to. It gains you nothing. The sport and how it is handled are different than football. Who was the last men's basketball coach fired during the regular season for a D1 program? John Brady?

It would not hurt my feelings, but it just isn't likely to happen

Head start on the coaching search is reason enough. Even if you don't make the hire until after the tourney you can at least get the ball rolling agent wise.

Don't you think that is happening already?

Can’t remember booing the home team in the PMAC before this season. Players are getting paid now but still just a sad situation. Time to pull the plug.

it also doesn’t hurt anything

Put this bum out his misery already and be done with it we all know it’s going to happen at some point. Just do it now

That’s likely already happening. I have no doubt Verge is talking to agents and vetting candidates.

You fire him now because it tells the fans that you actually do care about the Men's basketball program.
