Then Dems act as if they are barely hanging on by a thread funding-wise on social services at the state and local level, so their supporters can say things like: Trump up there starving us to death in D.C.

New Yorks home health care will dwarf it. Back about 8 years ago you could make like $25 per hour for taking care of your parent.
No doubt they were paying 7 or more people to take care of each elder.
