Blue Pan - Best pizza in Colorado (Golden, CO)

Blackbird Cafe for brunch is a must

Genesee Pub and BBQ (locals place, great patio)

The Monarch Chophouse at Black Hawk Casino

MTN Prime in Idaho Springs

Beau-jos Pizza in Idaho Springs

Smoking Yard BBQ in Idaho Springs. Fantastic.

Hungry Goat in Morrison is fantastic for lunch or dinner

The Pantry in Green Mountain Falls

And the Thirsty Lion next to Union Station has a good draft selection and very tasty spicy chicken sliders.
