Is this worth adding to the supplement regimen? For those who have taken it, what was your experience? I am debating whether to go this route or NAD+ SubQ.

Started this recently and definitely notice some mental sharpness and increased energy.

I learned about NMN this weekend. I'll be researching it to see if I should add it, but the little that I do know is that it pairs well with NAD+.

I have had the same experience. I do this weekly. I also take a daily called OptiNAD. In addition to energy and sharpness, I don’t feel normal aches and pains as much.

I started about a week ago. Stacking 500mg of NMN with 350mg of Resveratrol. Too early for results.
What I've read is that NMN produces better overall results raising your NAD levels and the Resveratrol increases the efficiency.
