How are illegals with sex abuse convictions still in the country for ICE to apprehend?
These are the people that should be immediately deported after conviction and no one would have a problem with that

An illegal sex offender was arrested, tried, and convicted. Not only was due process followed but HE WAS ALREADY IN CUSTODY. Why is a convicted illegal alien released back into the population?

It's reported plenty on here...Democrats and their judges release them. So no lefties don't find it an easy thing to do. Who knows if they were even a priority to report under Biden.

Actually, it’s a legit question
Even states like Minnesota and California report *convicted* illegals (I.e off to prison) to immigration authorities.
So it is very confusing why an illegal convicted of child abuse was not given to immigration authorities immediately after trial
