I hope they find some texts or emails on gaydon’s phone that shows he was in on the intimidation/disruption of the church service. Looks like that will be the burden of proof that he wasnt acting as press

Dershowitz also just wrote a book detailing how Trump can run for POTUS again.

He may well escape justice.
But he was indicted by a grand jury and we can't just let that go. You have to give it a shot.

With a Minnesota jury it could very well happen. But what he did was a pretty clear violation of the statute. He needs to be tried.

He may escape the statutory or legal consequences of his actions.
That doesn't necessarily mean that he will escape justice. We'll see what the patriots in our nation do. With that said, you are probably correct.

All they need are his own videos.

Lemon isn't going to be convicted but he has to hire an attorney. They will get to look at all of his email and financial records. It will be a major mess in his life and I can guarantee that little nonce will think twice the next time.
Having said that, if he gets a flood of gofundme money which outweighs the mess and financial loss then he might walk right back to the same church.
Only time will tell.

He was clearly in support of the protestors, advocating they do exactly what they do, suggest more people do it, remained after the pastor told him to leave, was antagonistic in his interview of the pastor, kissed the woman on the cheek who was leading the protestors, it's all there. It squarely depends on the political orientation of the judge involved.

Dersh knows more about Law in little finger than I do but I'd take that trade in a heartbeat

I'm pretty sure he is even on video admitting that he coordinated with the protestors beforehand to determine which church they were going to, what time, etc. Meaning, he conspired with them to deprive those parishioners their first amendment rights.
It isn't journalism when you're creating the damn news.

Hope they break him financially. But I'm sure some on TD will contribute to his Go Fund Me defense plea.

I threw that in there for the board liberals who looked at the OP and thought "frick yeah, Lemon is going to skate, because Dershowitz says so and he is a brilliant legal mind." I wanted the next line they read to remind them that the same guy says Trump can run again.

He interviewed both the protesters and the church goers and was passably fair and respectful to both sides during those interviews.
I hate what he did, and I realize that hes a smug leftist who hates us, but it wasnt worthy of arrest.
To make it worse, this is now the best thing that has ever happened to his career. He has been reborn. We gave him that gift by overreaching and arresting him.

Everyone knows he will.
But if you were 80 years old and lead into a public building on j6 you’ll go to jail instantly

Why are you so fricking stupid?
He wasn't even remotely fair. When the pastor told him that they're there to worship Jesus he began antagonizing the pastor asking, "and do you think Jesus would support ICE?"
What the frick does that church service have to do with ICE?
Furthermore, you're flat wrong anyways because every single person who entered that church with any intention of doing anything other than joining the service broke the law by denying those people to worship their God freely.
Further, he was asked to leave private property and he did not. In the process breaking another law and now trespassing.
You are a consistently shitty poster.

Here is the video of this douchebag destroying his own case.
He even acknowledges here that he cannot talk about where they are going because he knows they're breaking the goddamn law. "Surprise operations."

That isn't journalism. He even admits that he turned his camera off because the group was giving out information about their plans.

How did he know there was going to be a disruption to cover? Of course he was in on it, and evidence may very well show that.

Can a parishioner sue him in civil court for violating their civil liberties and emotional damage?
