We all know about SCOTUS.

But...
Lets go over District courts first.

Have you ever wondered why Trump keeps getting blocked in District courts.
quote:

Active District Judges by President
5 - Ronald Reagan
2 - George H. W. Bush
17 - Bill Clinton
64- George W. Bush
180 - Barack Obama
188 - Donald Trump
185 - Joe Biden

382 D
259 R

Why does 8 years of Vance matter.
Bush has only 24% of his district Judges still active.
Obama has 66%.
In 8 more years if Obama loses another 42% of his district judges, Republicans will gain another 114 judges just from replacing the Obama Judges.
That alone would be able to flip the balance into reverse.

Now for Circuit Courts

Bit Better for Team Trump
quote:

Active Circuit Judges by President
5 - Ronald Reagan
4 - George H. W. Bush
9 - Bill Clinton
25 - George W. Bush
35- Barack Obama
59 - Donald Trump
44 - Joe Biden

88D
93R

But now lets look at the difference 8 years make, Bush and Obama both made around 60 appointments in their 8 year terms.

60+ more Republicans to the circuit courts could significantly reshape the courts.
Circuits don't vote as a whole block, but having more members gives you a more likely friendly court.

1st Circuit Targets
quote:

5 D 1 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
71
69
64
62
62
so possibly a pickup of one.
2nd Circuit Targets
quote:

7 D 6 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
72
71
71
66
65
64
62
so possibly a pickup of one to two, would flip the circuit.
3rd Circuit Targets
quote:

6D 8R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
77
75

68
61
58
55
Likely pick up of 1 or more the circuit would stay even more republican.
4th Circuit Targets
quote:

8 D 7 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
96
82
76
74

71
71
64
61
At least 2 pickups, would flip the circuit into being reliably R.
5th Circuit Targets
quote:

5 D 12 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
86
83
75

72
61
At least 2 pickups, would flip the circuit into being extremely R.
6th Circuit Targets
quote:

6 D 10 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
88
88

69
62
56
54
At least 2 pickups, would flip the circuit into being extremely R.
7th Circuit Targets
quote:

5 D 6 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
68
61
60
59
57
Probably no pickups.
8th Circuit Targets
quote:

1 D 10 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
72
Probably no pickups, not that we need one.
The Evil 9th Circuit Targets
quote:

16 D 13 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
90
84
82
76
75

71
68
65
65
64
64
63
60
58
57
57
Many pickups, Likely would flip the circuit.
10th Circuit Targets
quote:

7 D 5 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
83
79
77
76
76

64
59
Some pickups, Likely would flip the circuit.
11th Circuit Targets
quote:

5 D 7 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
75
73

70
62
53
Maybe one pickup
Federal Circuit Targets
quote:

8 D 4 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
99
84
79

70
68
68
67
60
Many pickups, would flip the circuit.
DC Circuit Targets
quote:

7 D 4 R
D Judge Ages after 8 years of Vance
75
73
73

70
70
69
50
Six D Justices will be in their 70s, One or more pickups, could flip the circuit.

This prevents friendly circuit shopping in all but 1st Circuit.
This also allows a number of RINO and Democrat Senior Status justices to leave as well.

Lets do it!
This is how we fight back, volunteer, and vote.

ETA: Added actual Ages and R held Circuit courts.

Appointing not terrible judges is about the only thing the GOP does. I think Vance would do a decent job here

Conservative orgs like ADF have gotten really good at picking cases to bring to get laws changed. Their SCOTUS W-L record is pretty remarkable over the last few years.

George W, Barrack Hussein, and Sleepy Joe are all the same. No need to distinguish from each others’ judges.

Some of Bush's were good, but I agree a number not.
Either way going to be a lot getting replaced with better judges.

Our destruction has been in the works for over a hundred years. I doubt another 8 years will be enough.

Dang, thanks. You put some work into this post.

I think the problem is going to be that many of the appointed Republican judges will be of the Rino variety. The few Republican judges I know are all Rinos - basically Democrats that had to run as Republicans to get elected

We thought it started in 2016. The longer they are embedded the harder to remove.

The confirmation hold is a major problem. Especially when each states senators need to sign off on them first.
