Maybe. That’s not true of every man that age.

She prefers innies instead of outies, anyway, so I'm told.

No it’s not, but in all honesty he’s looked better than he does now. I hate to see it but he is not the same firecracker he was a few years ago. He sounds tired and dare I say old. He still shows some flashes of the old days but he starting to show his age

I couldn't care less what the lefty rag reports.

Interesting that a friend from NOLA who was on Trump's campaign team has been working with Moreno behind the scenes since before she won the election. Moreno has to work to satisfy the folks of New Orleans, LEFTISTS, and Feds/State. Commercially, New Orleans is a valuable asset to both LA and USA. It has a definite role to play should Cuba's government be replaced.

The fall of Cuba to Castro had a huge economic impact on New Orleans financially. New Orleans was the most import port to trade with Cuba. Miama didn't mean shiit. Tampa was where cattle were shipped to Cuba and tobacco imported for cigars made in Ybor City section of Tampa. The New Orleans business community was heavily invested in Cuba and lost a shitton of money as a result. No, it wasn't mafia or gambling. That shite was just all Hollyweird that the clueless believe.

The final blow to NOLA was the oil price collapse in the 1980's. It was stupid for the city to try to turn to tourism and conventions as a firm foundation for an economy after that.

FWIW, the New Orleans party and dining scene was the result of business travelers who enjoyed such on travels. Take Dookie Chase. Leah Chase knew the Bushes before GHWB was in politics and just an oilman/drilling contractor. As far as a tourism destination, New Orleans wasn't that at all except to nearby parishes. Chalmette Battlefield was just that a field and not much more. The Cabildo was closed more than it was open at least before 1970. Tourism is based on disposable income only.

FWIW, a deceased older friend used to go to NOLA, from Houston, monthly because oil deals were made in bars and restaurants. He went to London in 1972 to live at the Savoy to make oil deals in the North Sea and lived there until the early 80's. He did put together several oil field deals which were quite profitable. Another friend who was from Belgium, lived in an executive suite throughout the 1970's to sell steel wire cable to drilling operations. The sales were not just for the Gulf of America, but globally. Anyone in offshore oil and gas supplies and services biz sector had major offices in NOLA back then. It was the center of the world for such business deals.
