Why isnt ICE surging in Houston or El Paso ?

Why isnt Tom Homan going to Houston to start operations there ?
There are infinitely more illegals in TEXAS than MINNESOTA
Because this is the Federal Government turning its force on Blue States to provoke a response and call for the Insurrection Act to be implemented.
MAGA / TRUMP/ REPUBLICANS (all the same) are terrified of getting destroyed in the midterms, they will do anything to impede those elections and prevent the transfer of power.
They will cowardly claim election fraud - just like they do everytime they lose. So they need a incident to precipitate an armed response
The rats are being cornered and will thrash out in every direction to prevent being caught
