I'm sure Mikie and Lloyd will have some very insightful questions to ask

Its not the most "professional" of podcasts but I generally like their interviews (and the show in general). They don't really toss your standard Faire generic softball questions. They're not out there to grill coaches/players either. mikie and jared have a different perspective as former players so it kind of seems like clubhouse banter sometimes. I appreciate having them during baseball season when I need a content fix. I'll give it a listen at some point this week.

I really enjoy Mikie and J Mitch. Lloyd gets on my nerves at times but that’s kinda his schtick… I’m subscribed and watch most of their interviews. People on here will hate on them but what don’t they hate on

Haven’t watched yet but Lloyd is already ruining it for me.

Eh idk about this. I mean a couple of their questions tonight were “are you gonna play matchups” and “how important is it for you to retain your staff”. I totally get it, they are friendly with him and don’t want to grill him, but their interviews with Jay don’t produce much substance.

100%. And this is why I usually enjoy their interviews with players much more than one’s with Jay.

Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate it too. And I agree with you about enjoying their interviews more than their regular show. At the end of the day, we’re watching to get our fix and some baseball content. But I think with the position that they are in, they don’t provide a ton of depth or great info during a regular show.
