All the angles I have seen show the guy attacking what appears to be a woman in grey. ICE is seen pulling him away from her before he gets shot. Are we even sure he was a protester as opposed to a guy going after the protesters? Maybe the woman was a bystander who said something he didn’t like? Has anyone heard this explained?

He wasn't attacking her. An ICE officer shoved her down after pepper spraying her. He was trying to help her get away from them.

Maybe this is the case, but he’s clinging to her as they are trying to pull him away. I don’t know. It’s time to send in the military to reinforce ICE.
