I was behind an upscale new Jeep with Minnesota plates at a dq in corpus today and got to thinking........Should I ask him what the name of his day care center is? Would that be considered informative or rude?

Ask him to spell "Learning" and you'll have your answer.

Minnesotans outside the hordes in Minneapolis/St. Paul are conservative folks. Many have fled to Iowa. Some probably feel like they have too much invested to flee, like many trapped in Louisiana or other blue state hellholes.

Corpus has it's own problems with ICE. You won't find any comfort there with the general population. If you were in Port Aransas you might find more traction. Even north Padre Island.

the only problem I have seen this week was the uvalde deputy being unfairly prosecuted

That's not to say that all people in Corpus Christi support ICE protests, but they have their own young second generation Mexican Americans who have forgotten their Mexican parent's wisdom and teachings. Much like San Antonio. San Antonio has become a cesspool for people who forget Texas and the bond we, as white Texans share with Mexicans who helped fight for our freedom. I could elaborate and post more, but every Texan knows the debt we owe to Mexicans to secure our freedom. That hard fought freedom was to secure a state that defends our boundaries, and it wasn't based on racial lines.

You should probably take that grievance to the appropriate thread.

Small city now, off the highway routes. The fort is still there as well as the small chapel they prayed to Jesus in.

It is a VERY small church. Prisoners were most likely executed on the grounds of the fort. The church is literally fit for 6 people on each row and has like 6 rows and the vestibule is only fit for 3 people . Not to mention the "rows" are divided by a walkway, so benches that fit 3 people on each side.

Yes, they supposedly were rounded up and massacred on the grounds. They say their ghosts still roam the place.

He's down there soliciting help for his new business; Somalis Tamales. Chock full of real ingredients, nothing fake, fraudulent or sickly pungent.

Goliad messages
1. when the church was built in the 1670 period labor was hard to find so the priests imported a boat load of negro slaves. At job completion they were concerned about intermarriage so they killed the slaves. This according to the texas parks dept guide. Moral of story, do not complete the work.
2. month after the fall of the Alamo , Santa Anna turned his troops east 80 miles to the next American fort in Goliad. The news of the Alamo was devastating . A company of men tried to escape to the north, but were trapped in open ground, they surrendered and were executed. The larger force in the fort when surrounded by the immense Mexican force decided to surrender and were executed. Moral of story, do not surrender to a Mexican
3. Cinco de Mayo celebrates Mexico winning their only battle ever against a foreign country. A not so noticed fact is that an American general lead the Mexican forces to victory. The burial crypt for Zaragoza is located near the Goliad fort and describes his history, being born in goliad . Moral of the story. Mexicans need American leadership.

If true then we have to assume they are very weak and flaccid MN conservatives as evidenced by them allowing the Democratic Socialists to run the state for the past 50-60 years.
If Conservatives truly outnumber the Democratic Socialists across MN and the US in general as many claim or believe, then we can only assume a lot of conservatives are impotent simps and sissy boys. If conservative comprise 60% of the populace like many claim or believe, then the only way Democratic Socialists win major election at the state and federal level is due to the wussification and ambivalence of Conservative over who wields political power.
WAKE THE FRICK UP CONSERVATIVES!!!!!! YOUR NATION IS BEING TRANSFORMED AND DESTROYED BEFORE YOUR HALF SHUT EYES AS YOU SIT ON YOUR ASSES!!!!

A little off topic, but people from Minnesota love going to South Texas! My sister-in-law is from Minnesota, and her family went to South Padre every year. What's crazy is that it's actually closer for them to go to the Florida panhandle!
