Directed energy weapons aren’t a new development. The real mystery is the Havana syndrome device, which if used in the raid, seemed to be affecting people in all directions (ie not directed) without affecting delta.
This I’m assuming by the report where all their soldiers were most incapacitated, and assuming all of them weren’t standing in a straight line lol.
