This is huge as of right now you can’t carry at all in some states even if you have your permit in another state.
If you travel to CA from MT, you better not get caught with a gun for self protection.
Downvote to support the democrats

For any patriots that want a summary.
quote:
H.R. 645, the National Constitutional Carry Act, is a bill introduced in the U.S. House in January 2025 by Rep. Thomas Massie, aiming to federally protect the Second Amendment right to carry firearms in public by invalidating state/local laws that restrict eligible citizens from carrying guns without permits, establishing a national standard for constitutional carry by removing penalties and financial barriers, and allowing private lawsuits against noncompliant jurisdictions.
Key Provisions of H.R. 645: Federal Preemption: Prohibits states or localities from imposing civil/criminal penalties on eligible citizens carrying firearms in public. Overrides State Laws: Invalidates any state/local laws, ordinances, or regulations that criminalize, penalize, or create barriers (financial or otherwise) to public firearm carry. Applies to All: Applies to both residents and nonresidents who are U.S. citizens and legally allowed to possess firearms. Private
Right of Action: Allows individuals affected by these restrictions to sue. Amends U.S. Code: Amends Section 927 of Title 18, United States Code, to establish these protections. Status: Introduced in the House on January 23, 2025, during the 119th Congress. Referred to the House Judiciary Committee. (As of late 2025/early 2026) It has not passed the House, Senate, or become law.
Purpose: The bill seeks to ensure consistent nationwide access to carrying firearms for self-defense, consistent with the Supreme Court's Bruen decision, which affirmed the individual right to carry arms outside the home for self-defense.

I'm pretty sure Higgins supports this.
But it's a Massie tweet, so the zipper-heads here won't acknowledge it.

Anybody who supports the federal mandate of gay marriage should support this.
IF they're intellectually consistent.

They really aren’t in to 2A protection apparently.

I know this is hard for you. But some men fabricate their own independent thoughts on a subject by reading the material presented to them, then voting how they believe their constituents want them to vote.
He doesn't vote with the Dems, he just votes on the bill.

You are simply drooling.
It’s what you do. Distract from the actual thread subject and shite all over yourself then claim some idiotic victory in an effort to get the other seals clapping.
Case in point in. Prove it’s true.
You didn’t prove anything because you didn’t say anything. Wipe your chin and run along.
