The Good News!

In light of all of the craziness going on in this nation and around the world, I would like to share the Good News for all!
The gospel of Jesus Christ—literally meaning “good news.”
In summary, it is this:
God created humanity to know and love Him, but sin separated us from Him. Because of His great love, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, who lived a perfect and sinless life. Jesus willingly died on the cross to take the punishment for our sins, and after three days, He rose from the dead, conquering sin and death.
Through faith in Jesus—trusting in His death and resurrection rather than our own goodness—we receive forgiveness, reconciliation with God, and eternal life. This salvation is a gift of grace, not earned by works.
The gospel calls each person to repent (turn away from sin) and believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Those who do are given the Holy Spirit, adopted into God’s family, and called to follow Christ in love, obedience, and hope until He returns to make all things new.
In short:
Jesus lived the life we couldn’t, died the death we deserved, and rose again so we could live with God forever.
I hope this resonates with someone out there. All is not lost despite the constant “bad news” that is piped through every television, smartphone, and computer each day.
The craziness is the result of a fallen world and our inherent sinfulness, but let there be no doubt…there is hope in Christ Jesus!
God bless you all, even those who may be moved to anger when reading this

Amen Brother! There is no hope in this world without Jesus. All of this craziness will just keep getting worse around the world, but Jesus remains constant.
John 16:33
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

It truly is the hope of a broken planet. Nothing else matters.

He also established a Church that gave the world the Bible. The Church has the authority to interpret the Bible to assure we do not have 40,000+ vrions of His Church.

You unsaved papists can't help yourself. Gotta come along and push your ungodly catholic agenda every.single.time. God put his spirit in my heart when I trusted his son for everlasting life. I don't need a pedophile priest to interpret the bible for me. Thanks though.
