Popeye's in car thread

Kids want chk fingers, pull up to window to order. 12 piece spicy tender fries and mashed potatos. Says they are out of spicy tenders will be three minutes. Asks me the sides again and says system is restarting. Sitting at window about 5 minutes she says system still booting asks me the sides again. Gets coworker to ring it up at counter register. Hollers back she asks what sides are for fourth time. We are about 15 minutes in at this point, tells me to pull up they have to cook the tenders it will be three minutes.....lol

This is why Canes is expanding while Popeyes franchises are filing for bankruptcy. If customer service is bad, you should should expect the quality of the kitchen to be the same.

You're not getting the sides that you ordered anyway. You're taking whatever they give you and you're going to fricking like it. And 9 of your spicy tenders are going to be hot and tasty, but 3 of them are going to be freezing and stale (assuming they give you 12 tenders, and not 10 or 30.)

I just told my kid today that in my opinion Chik Fil A is mid, but the service is great. If you could take Chik Fil A’s service and combine it with Popeyes food, you’d have fast food domination.

I would eat at Canes if they had spicy chicken and their chicken doesn't taste like the cooking oil.
