This will mark the first time a team has won a national title in the playoff format wearing a jersey made by someone other than Nike.
The last time a team won a title wearing something other than Nike was 2010 when Auburn wore Under Armour Uniforms and won against the Nike Love child Oregon.
Miami and Indiana are both Adidas teams.

The only teams to beat Ohio State this season.
You want to win a national championship? Embarrass the frick out of the Buckeyes OL and you’re golden.

Even crazier is Nike sponsors way more teams than Adidas, the odds have to be tiny this would happen.
