The talking heads kept saying Jan 2nd was going to be “EXPLOSIVE”

I firmly believe it was supposed to be explosive. I think a lot of it got delayed because of “Tampering” talks.they are slow rolling some of it. But mainly I think Ole miss winning really slowed some of it down. Between their players not entering the portal yet and the coaches still being split somewhat.
On the tampering stuff. It’s total bs. Everyone does it and you’re an idiot if you don’t think frank and Austin Thomas weren’t doing it here.
Ole Miss is just trying to run a smear campaign on lsu and lane because they are pissy and know they will be irrelevant once again

I think this process is so new that the talking heads didn’t understand how this all will work.
When you have over 4,000 players in the portal and with schools still trying to figure out the latest rules regarding pay for players, it’s just led to a slower process.

Good players are going to take visits. It’s silly to think they’d all just come to LSU on day 1 based on a few phone calls.

I think ole miss beating UGA has delayed some of the plans for ole miss players to follow CLK and staff to LSU in portal, notice LSU players are entering portal like hotcakes and non from ole miss, just wait til they lose and see what type attrition happens with their players.

Did you read the post at all? It was in reference specially to the first day of the portal opening.
