Announcer: "I got the impression that Weis wouldn't have left Ole Miss if he hadn't been allowed to coach in the playoffs."
I thought it was established that Lane made that offer to Plantation Lady AFTER Weis had said he was leaving Ole Miss for LSU.
Am I wrong?

Everyone is upset that Lane is a Tiger. He was always supposed to be Bamas backup if DeBoer failed and LSU threw a wrench in that narrative when they took that chess piece off the board.

ABC/ESPN knows, deep down, that with LK as coach at LSU, that we’re about to become a juggernaut. It will replace the love fest they have for Bama, Ohio St, etc.
