Can I count this as resistance training? frick. Pushing this thing around kills my pace and heart rate.

It was very humbling post partum. I couldn’t get a normal arm swing either. Honestly didnt use it very much and would just get on a treadmill during naps.

Treat it like a sled. How those things average between 25-35 pounds is beyond me. Add in a 10 pound kid, it's not nothing, but it's not a Prowler, either
I assumed newborn, but the kid may not be. Can you bicycle with the kid in a backpack or a tow along? I didn't realize running strollers weighed that much, and it's completely ridiculous. A baby bjorn would not be advisable for running, that's shaken baby syndrome waiting to happen. What about pushing the stroller at a fast pace with a ruck?

Kid is almost two and is pushing 30 lbs.

You're looking at 60-70 pounds, plus the added ground resistance. I'm assuming you're training for speed. I heard an anecdote about baseball players using weighted donuts on their bats before going to the plate a long time ago; the added weight taught their bodies to swing slower when they got to the plate 90 seconds later.
Can you "fun jog" with the two year old and separate your actual training workouts when you're not pushing that much weight? I worry about your body losing it's specialization in what you're going for.
Stroller running pace impact
The altered biomechanics would concern me the most, as I assume you're not trying out a quick 5k 2x a week with the kid, but rather using it to run what is probably a punishing schedule of miles each week.

Running with a stroller typically slows a runner's pace by approximately 30 to 60 seconds per mile, or roughly 5-10% slower than their unencumbered pace, due to increased energy expenditure, altered biomechanics, and the added resistance of pushing a load.

There's a guy in BR and NO that absolutely smokes the age group awards. He's a pudgy kinda guy, not fat, but definitely not a guy you'd think would win. I've seen him a few times, then couldn't help myself. I straight up asked him how the hell he's kicking arse like he does.
Dude has two, or three kids, I can't remember. Anyway, his training primarily focuses on running and pushing his kids around in the stroller.
Then on running event days, it's like being freed from a massive weight.
I asked him what he's going to do when his kids get too big to push around and he said he's going to load the stroller with 45lb weights.
I mean, it's basically like doing sled training.

We have a double Bob and I push my 2.5yo twins in it, sometimes up to 10k distance. Trick for me was unlocking the front wheel, even though you’re not supposed to. My heart rate jumps a little, but I can usually maintain a 9/mile pace easily. I ran the New Orleans Turkey Day 5 miler in 44 minutes with it, would’ve been faster if not for all the weaving around walkers

make sure to mark "with kid" on Strava, got to let everyone know.

I had one with a non-adjustable fixed (large) wheel. It came with a wrist lanyard and what I would do is give it a push and let it glide in front of me. Got to where only a gentle push every several paces was needed to keep it going. Good for maintenance base runs.
