If tweet fails to load, click here. Pete Nakos mentioned that LSU would be involved earlier today, and FWIW, I've heard that we've closed in on him as one of our main "development/depth" targets.
Former 4 star prospect who transferred from TCU to Oklahoma State last portal cycle. Really good runner.
Has 3 years of eligibility remaining.
ETA: I've heard that LSU views him as a depth option for 2026. NOT a starter

Watched him when he got hurt in the first game of the season this year. Kid can fly, good arm strength. His injury literally cost Mike Gundy his job.

We want this kid. My kid is the same class and did the Elite 11 in Austin. That camp had Lagway, Will Hammond, Trey Owen’s, Marcos Davila, Michael Hawkins, etc. Totally loaded. And Hejney blew them all away.
His only issue is height. He’s 5’10. But he’s a dawg. Think Pavia but without the douche-baggery

He would be a solid back up this year, while he learns and develops. Hopefully, we keep both he and MVB and see how that goes for next year in terms of their developments.

Might sign two qb transfers coming off season ending foot surgeries.
