Bama should never be allowed to back into the playoffs again

Alabama was nowhere near championship material this year. Neither was Oklahoma. That's why they had those two teams play each other in the first round... so at least one of them could get this far and to delay how obvious it is that neither one is that good.

They will add 4 more teams in the playoffs, expect more of this

The entire SEC has looked pitiful. Same with previous years in the playoffs.

Further proves that 12 teams is way too many.

This game proves Bama did not belong in the playoffs.

They won a game because they got to play another overrated SEC team.

Playoffs already favor Big 10 because they play softer schedules. by the time SEC hits playoffs they're going to be ravaged by injuries especially with the changes to scheduling. As bad as SEC has been committee going to favor Big 10 even more now. Expect Big 10 to get more teams in while also having the creampuff scheduling favor them.

Should be 8 teams and use the old BCS standings. Humans don’t need to be involved in selecting the teams, esp a bunch of random ADs. There should always be concrete metrics to fall back on. The BCS wasn’t perfect, but you can’t blame a computer algorithm of bias.

The old BCS this year would’ve had:

Indiana
Ohio st
Georgia
Texas tech
Oregon
Ole miss
Texas A&M
Oklahoma

Bama and Miami would have been out. So maybe Miami would’ve been screwed, but Bama got boat raced. Other than Miami being out, hard to argue with it. If Miami wins it all, i would be shocked. Indiana and Oregon look strong.
