Who has been? I just saw a clip of the red stick thing “dropping” on the countdown. Only problem is I didn’t see it actually drop as the crowd counted and once they got to zero, it never lit up more than it already was. Had to be the most anticlimactic NYE celebration I’ve ever seen.

Typical.

Did they drop an uzi or a lighted Dodge Charger?

BR trying to create a NYE event for the citizens. Bravo. You people will bitch about anything. If they didn’t have this, you’d make a post saying “Why can’t our city have a celebration?”

Downtown fireworks have been ruined for me ever since those teens got shot about 30 years ago.

No way I’m going to a free event that culture crowds attend. The odds of bullets flying rise dramatically.
