13 different schools as a DC has to be a record. This doesn't count 2 stops at Ga Tech and UCF

Go back and watch the 2000 Peach Bowl between LSU & Ga Tech. Ted Roof was the DC and Bill O’Brien was the OC in that Bowl game since Ralph Friedgen had left to be the Head Coach at Maryland.
