Sums up this fail of a franchise.

edit: I know they don't have their first round pick. However, it would help in with their 2nd round and later picks. This teams needs some pieces and they better the draft order the better chances.

They don't have a 1st round pick in the next draft.

If Falcons had a Kirk Cousins type of player at QB this whole year they'd be in the playoffs.

You realize the Rams have the Falcons pick don't you? Of course not. Stick to college football "bamafan"

You might not know this but it also hurts them in the later rounds.

The falcons need all the help they can get.

Well, developing the habit of winning and doing the things to prepare for a game, no matter their expectations, might also be something that would help , possibly more than picking a bit earlier
especially considering multiple needs at several positions

if you actually understood sports rather than just sharing idiotic opinions on a message board, you might know that

You don't tank for later rounds "Bamafan". And nice edit on the OP dumb arse. If you knew they didn't have the pick you wouldn't have made this post

I get what you're saying but whether they pick 38th or 43rd in the draft is fairly irrelevant to where their first rounder (traded) falls. I doubt they were trying to go 5-12 to help the Rams.

Establishing a winning culture will always be more important than tanking. Tanking is for losers.

You've been rightfully crucified for this stupid post.

Biggest risk is this gives Arthur to go full Arthur and not fire Raheem.

The fact they traded away this year’s first pick for a rookie QB while already paying millions to Cousins, only reinforces OP’s original point. Falcons are stupid.

Yea, Arthur is too busy trying to be a woke POS instead of getting a good coach.

Glad ATL took care of business last night.

If they beat the Saints, the Panthers can back their way into the division even with losing to Tampa next weekend.

This is why I have been pretty much cheering against them. Arthur would love nothing more than to skate into 2026 without any real changes.

You know Penix was drafted in 2024 right?

We didn’t trade a pick to get him. We traded a pick to get James Pearce Jr who has 8.5 sacks
